This piece fits inside of the outer envelope, and includes the names of all the guests you are inviting in a particular household. No address or other information is needed. Example:

Return Address | $2.75 per
This includes the name(s) and address of whomever will be collecting the invitation responses. If you wish to only include an address & leave off any names it is suggested that you substitute "Kindly reply to" so as to keep the address valid for the postal service.
White Glove Service | Starting at $0.75 per piece. May vary Depending on complexity of assembly.
Invitation Assembly, Sealing, Placing Postage and Mailing. Price does not include postage cost. Starting price includes invitation assembly and up to two other insertions, and one post office run. For additional insertions, assembly (like mounting) or rounds of mailing please inquire.
Place Cards | $1.75 per
Either first name only or first and last name, these cards designate a specific seating assignment at a table. Traditionally used for plated dinners.
Escort Cards | $2.25 per
These can include individual names (Frank Wells) or couples (Frank and Karen Wells/Mr. & Mrs. Frank Wells) along with their table assignment (Table 7). They inform your guest at which table to be seated.
